Good to know before you book the villa

HOW DOES THE BOOKING PROCESS GO?

Step One
When you send a booking request for a villa (by selecting the date in the calendar and filling in the form), your request will be answered and confirmed by an invoice within 24 hours via e-mail.
Step Two
When you receive the invoice, you will be kindly asked to transfer the 30% deposit payment within 48 hours to our bank account. 
Step Three
The final payment of 70% is due 60 days before arrival. You will receive an automatic payment reminder from us via e-mail. 
Step Four
Please note: for bookings where the arrival date is within 60 days, we kindly ask you to pay the 100% of the rental amount at once, within 48 hours from receiving the invoice. 
Step Five
Once we receive your final / full payment, we will send you the check-in instructions with all the necessary information for your arrival at the villa.

HOW CAN YOU PAY?

  • Via bank transfer - using our IBAN NL75 ABNA 0585 0293 93 and BIC number ABNANL2A within the EU the SEPA-transfers are free of charge
  • By credit card via PayPal - PayPal charges a 3.4% fee which will be added to your invoice

HOW CAN YOU CANCEL? - CANCELLATION POLICY
According to our booking terms & conditions any payments already fulfilled are non refundable. 

  • If you cancel your booking after the deposit payment has been done, then the deposit payment will not be refunded and the final payment will be cancelled.
  • If you refuse to pay the final payment by the due date (usually 60 days before arrival), your booking will be cancelled automatically and the deposit payment will not be refunded.
  • If you cancel your booking after the full payment has been done, then the full payment will not be refunded.

TRAVEL INSURANCE AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE
We advise you to make a travel and / or cancellation insurance by your preferred insurance company in your country.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
The price of the rental fee, the booking fee, the obligatory extras and the optional extras are always clearly indicated on the website and on the invoice.

  • By all our villas the final cleaning and the energy costs (responsible use of gas, water, electricity and where available the wi-fi) are included in the rental fee.
  • By all our villas the bedlinnen and bathroom towels are included in the rental fee. 
  • Optional extras like, swimming pool heating (where available), swimming pool towels (where available), airpot transfer and such need to be requested and paid separately, in advance.
  • Cots & baby chairs are available on request, free of charge.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
By each villa in the description it is clearly indicated in which way the security deposit needs to be paid and what the amount of the security deposit is. 

  • At some villas the security deposit is requested in cash by the arrival and will be returned in cash by the departure if not described otherwise by the villa or in the check-in instructions. 
  • Other villas require a security deposit in advance via bank transfer. In this case the security deposit will be returned the same way via bank transfer within 8 days of the departure from the villa.

Good to know before you arrive at the villa

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
Around 4 weeks before your arrival (after we have received the final / full payment of the rental fee), you receive the check-in instructions via e-mail and / or WhatsApp message in a pdf, with all the necessary information for an easy arrival at your holiday villa.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT HOURS

  • The check-in at the villas is usually between 16:00 - 20:00. Early check-in is not possible. 
  • The check-out from the villas is between 8:00 - 10:00. Late check-out is not possible. 

APPOINTMENT NEEDED FOR CHECK-IN 
It is necessary to make an appointment in advance for the check-in. When you receive the check-in instructions, we kindly ask you to send us your flight details via e-mail or WhatsApp so that we can arrange an appointment for you with the keyholder for the check-in and the check-out of the villa.

Good to know before you depart from the villa

Please be ready for the check-out by 10:00 and leave the villa in the conditions as you have found it by your arrival.
